Revital Raviv’s Israeli Granola

My favourite, plain and simple. It’s really yummy, and can be eaten alone as a snack or on fruit with yoghurt.
300g whole oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup Linseed
You can add another cup of any other nut that you fancy!
125 ml coconut oil
3/4 cup honey (I would recommend a little less, but it’s a taste thing, so up to you)
The trick is to melt and mix well the honey & coconut oil before you mix it with the dry ingredients.
Bake for 20 min in a pre heated oven at 170c .
Make sure to mix it every 5 minutes while baking.
