Cal McCrystal’s Anzac Cookies
Anzac Biscuits - go on go on go on!
Mix together -
2 cups rolled oats
I cup plain flour
Half cup sugar
I cup desiccated coconut
Melt -
125g unsalted butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
Add 1 tbsp and half tsp bicarbonate to wet mix
Pour over dry ingredients and mix with a spoon
Place walnut sized balls on lined baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins at 175°
